Hello Everyone, we are looking for an Office Junior to join our excellent team. We will consider full or part time for the right Candidate, but please be aware our office hours are 08.30-5pm.

Experience of an Apple Mac will be advantageous.

You must have an excellent telephone manner.

Your role will include answering telephones, booking appointments with Customers, producing documents using word, liaising with internal and external personnel and being all round confident and professional.

You will report directly to the Managing Director, so career progression will be guaranteed, if you are willing to work hard and show initiative.

NP Security Solutions are Industry Leading, External Door Fitters and Accredited Fire Door Installers based at Ellough Industrial Estate in Beccles. We are seeking some fabulous people to join our office Team:

Assistant to the Managing Director. We are hoping to find a driven, proactive and organised person to assist the MD in the day to day running of the company. Full time Monday to Friday.

Stock Controller. This is a part time position, controlling the administration of stock. This is an organised position and takes great communication. Twenty hours over four days a week.

Accounts Assistant. This is a part time position. You must be computer literate, organised, with attention to detail. Use of XERO an advantage. Twelve hours over three days, preferably.

Front of House / Telephonist. We require a friendly, polite, confident person to look after our Customers. You will be responsible for answering the telephones, booking in appointments with Customers and some general admin. Days / times flexible for the right Applicant.

All of the above positions require you to be compute literate, organised and very professional. We can be flexible regarding hours / day worked. Salary dependant on age and experience.
