✨ Utility Room & Guest WC Transformation ✨

Here's the final reveal of a utility room and guest WC renovation we completed recently.

Working closely with our customer’s vision, we transformed an underutilised space into a practical, stylish and highly functional area that perfectly suits their family's needs.

The new utility room provides a dedicated laundry space with bespoke storage solutions, while the guest WC makes excellent use of the available footprint thanks to the installation of a space-saving pocket door. To create a unique and contemporary finish, the walls were completed in microcement and complemented with acoustic panel detailing, adding both texture and character to the design.

A fantastic example of how thoughtful planning and quality craftsmanship can completely transform everyday spaces.

For this project, we removed the wall between the kitchen and dining room and installed a steel beam with full building control sign-off. We then closed off the original kitchen doorway, fully plastered throughout, fitted a brand new kitchen, laid new flooring, and installed new external doors to enhance both light and access.
