Little Greene – Pomegranate

The ceiling was painted with suitable paint for the ensuite.
The walls were prepared and sealed before finishing with this eye-catching wallpaper!

We have been radio silent over here, due to being incredibly busy this year – and we do have a lot of content to share!

Our reach will likely be poor with our lack of posts – so any likes, comments and shares will go a long way and will be appreciated, as always! 🤩

This project was completed in the Summer, and is one that’s close to my heart 🥊

Incorrect paint had been used previously, that was unsuitable for the setting and there was a lot of loose paint due to condensation as a result.

The ceiling and walls were scraped and sanded back, an oil-based undercoat was used, and an oil-based black eggshell, for the finish. This is more suitable for the setting and will ensure durability and longevity! 👌 All woodwork underwent the same treatment and process.

A little change of colour to refresh this front door, is exactly what it needed! 👌

The old, tired looking red door was flaking badly and in need of some TLC,

The door was scraped, sanded and repaired with wood filler.

It was then primed and undercoated with the appropriate Farrow&Ball and finished in Farrow&Ball eggshell.

Looks immaculate now and a beautiful colour choice!

What a day today! 😎

We've been very quiet on the social media front for the last while, as it's been all go, behind the scenes! We have some exciting jobs coming up soon too, that we are looking forward to sharing!

We have enquiries to respond to, and I am working my way through these, so please bare with me. Thank you, as always, for supporting our small business and keeping us so busy!

Lastly, amongst our workload - I made my amateur boxing debut a few weeks ago. I competed in the super heavyweight category and I came away with a unanimous win 🥳🏆

I brazenly sponsored my own kit (of course) and had my kids' names embroidered onto it too, and it looked amazing 🤣🤝😍

😃 ☀️Good Morning! ☀️ 😃

The lovely sunny weather we've been having recently allowed Swish Decor to transform another shopfront in Bathgate! I take such pride in adding shopfronts in our hometown to our portfolio! 🤩

Wood that was suitable for repair was repaired with wood filler and sanded down. Wood beyond repair was replaced with marine plywood and gaps sealed up with CT1. Thank you to Brown & Mcilwaine joinery for their fantastic work replacing the wood👌

Finished in ‘Sandolon Super Dec Satin’.
Colour - House of Parliament Green.

Doors and window frames are finished in ‘Zinsser Allcoat Gloss’.
Colour - Black.
