Eveleigh House
A full extension and refurbishment, a run through the scope:
Structure & Groundworks
Reduced dig to the front/side of the existing dwelling in preparation for an engineered ground-bearing slab. Installed a large engineered elevated steel frame, enabling the client’s parking spaces to be maintained. Installed engineered POSI floor joists and T&G flooring, then fabricated structurally insulated timber frame walls onto the steel frame.
Roof
Installed engineered POSI ceiling joists, including firings and OSB to create falls into hidden gutters formed behind parapet walls. Installed an insulated single-ply flat roof, laid to falls. Formed two roof openings for a large frameless glass roof light and installed it.

New power and decorative lighting to bedroom/ensuite, with new plumbing supplies to decorative radiators and ensuite fixtures. Bespoke wardrobes fitted to the bedroom and new landing area, connecting old to new spaces. Painted and decorated throughout, with new carpets to bedroom and landing.
