This job was actually for one of our loyal customers in Trowbridge. We have done lots of work in their house over the years, including fitting a new kitchen last year.

This time we were back to transform the utility and the stair handrail and spindles 👌🏼

For this job our customer showed us a design he liked and asked if we could create something like it, but with a flat roof and the side enclosed.

We went through the whole design with them, and custom built it to their exact specification and they are over the moon with the results! 🍻

Simple little cupboard made to hide this customers electric meter.

This customer wanted to keep this simple and minimalistic with flush fitting doors which will be painted the same as the wall colour, adding to the seamless look 👌🏼

We have been working on this little timber frame extension recently for our good friends at Aqua Install. All we were given was an AI image and a “can you build something like this?”

We have worked closely with the clients on this, and some of the plans have been adjusted along the way; for example the kitchen felt very dark after boarding the roof, so we added some roof lights. There is still a bit more to do here internally and decoration to complete externally. But overall this has been a really enjoyable project and we would love to do more like this! 💯💪🏽

We are always so grateful for the continued support of our customers and to received such lovely feedback 🙌

This is definitely a project we are sad to see the end of.. although both us and the customer absolutely love how it’s turned out! If you are interested in something similar, we would love to take on more projects like this. Here we completed the job ready for boarding, as required by the customer but we are also happy to take the project right the way through to completion.

While at the oak flooring job we were asked if we could bring this Tudor fire place back to its former glory. We started off by removing some of the brickwork that had been added at some point, then cleaned it off before contracting in our friends at Morris Developments. They repointed the old bricks and laid a herringbone floor with reclaimed bricks with traditional lime putty.

Finally we got a plasterer in to complete the look, with a lime render to the back whilst maintaining what looks like an old Tudor bread oven that we discovered while removing the internal bricks. The customers were over the moon with the results! 🤩
