We would like to say a heartfelt thank you to Ian Hobbs Technical Services in Radstock for coming to our rescue yesterday evening.
We unexpectedly experienced a failure within our facilities and because of the nature of our work, it was incredibly important to us that this was resolved quickly.
Ian Hobbs Technical Services originally installed our facilities throughout our building and, despite it being a Friday evening, they understood the urgency straight away and came out immediately to get everything back up and running.
We are so very grateful for their kindness, professionalism and understanding. Knowing we have such reliable local businesses around us, who appreciate just how important it is for us to continue caring for those entrusted into our care with dignity and respect, means more than we can say.
