I’m looking for one exceptional Solar Electrician / Lead Installer to join us at Lumos Energy.
This isn’t just another installer job.
We’re building a company that’s known for quality. We don’t chase volume or rush jobs—we take pride in producing installations that we’d happily show anyone.
You’ll be working with premium products including AIKO, Sigenergy & Hinen installing residential solar PV and battery systems across Wiltshire and the surrounding areas.

I’m looking for someone who genuinely cares about their workmanship, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be part of building something special.
This role offers:
• £50,000–£60,000 salary
