A recent project for a returning customer in Melksham. We removed the existing bannister and constructed a new stud wall to create a clear separation between the ground floor and upper floor, allowing the property to be divided into two self-contained flats.

We had the privilege of transforming this beautiful outdoor space for our lovely customer in Trowbridge — and what a transformation it is!

This project features 68 sqm of stunning black limestone patio slabs, finished with dark grey block paver borders for a sharp, modern look.

Our customer requested a curving path, which we hand-cut and installed with care, adding both flow and character to the design. We were also asked to create two bespoke tree features incorporated directly into the patio — a unique and natural touch.

To complete the project, we constructed a 5m x 700mm raised flower bed using 200mm x 100mm sleepers, perfect for adding colour and height to the garden space.

Busy day fitting these kitchen units around a double fridge freezer. A great way to add extra storage and create a sleek, built-in finish. We love the colour our customer has chosen too!

James is making great progress with the spray finishing on this property renovation in Devizes!

We’ve also completed the installation of all the internal doors, and the carpets are scheduled to be fitted on Tuesday. Over the coming weeks, the new windows and external doors will be installed, bringing us one step closer to completion.

Once everything is finished, we’ll be ready to hand the property back to our clients and showcase the full transformation.
