A day away from site for the Build Twenty Two team. ☀️

This summer, the team swapped tools for targets with an afternoon of clay pigeon shooting and archery — a bit of friendly competition, plenty of laughs and a chance to spend time together outside of work.

A great day all round!!

You can’t beat an original refurbished staircase. Every mark, every worn tread, and every aged riser tells a story. It’s those years of wear and character that make it truly beautiful.

The timber is looking incredible 🪚✨ Next week the scaffold comes down and the glazing goes in, finally revealing the clean lines and craftsmanship that have been hidden throughout the build. We’re nearly there.

It’s so rewarding to see the vision coming to life. Great design by AAVA.ARCHITECTS 👏

Huge congratulations to Jimmy Ross on completing his carpentry apprenticeship with a distinction 👏

Jimmy joined us back in 2022 as a labourer during a full renovation at his parents’ house. Since then, he’s worked his way through his apprenticeship and is now a fully qualified NVQ Level 2 carpenter.

Great to see the progression …well done Jimmy, thoroughly deserved

There’s something special about standing inside the skeleton of a historic building and seeing old craftsmanship meet modern intervention. Today’s site meeting focused on the threshing barn roof, where rafter repairs, new tie beams, and insulation between the rafters are now complete. Plastering works are due to begin this week.
