Structural repairs underway in Yatton — and this one's a proper job. 💪

The existing 300mm x 300mm reinforced concrete lintel had completely failed and needed to come out. We broke it out and installed 2 new 178x102 UBS (universal beam steels) sitting on brand new padstones — the right solution, done properly, done safely.

No shortcuts here. Every structural repair we carry out is planned carefully, with the correct specification of materials for the load involved. This is the kind of work that keeps a building standing for decades to come.

Another one finished and handed over! 🏠

We've just completed a garage conversion and knock-through at Ivy Avenue, Bath — and what a transformation it's been.

The space has been completely reimagined from top to bottom. We created a new office to the front. And utility with w/c and then extended the old kitchen area and fitted a new kitchen with patio doors.

The keys have been handed back to the customer who will now be putting their own stamp on it with decorating — and we can't wait to see what they do with it!
