A few more little ones that I’ve completed recently!

Taking out an old/unused flu then just a simple felt repair to stop any future leaks.

A big Velux window that was old and had a rotten wooden frame where it had been leaking for a number of years so I fixed the leak with new breathable membrane around the new maintenance-free white polyurethane Velux window with a black out blind also fitted.✅

Another roof in Oakley cleared and treated! I hand scraped years of heavy moss build-up, gave the tiles a full soft wash treatment to prevent regrowth, and fixed up all the loose guttering around the property so it's ready for the rain. Some good before and after photos below😁✅

Out on this roof sorting out some tired hips and ridges. 🔨✅

The old mortar had completely perished and gone crumbly, leaving the tiles loose and vulnerable to leaks. I cleared out the dust and the moss then I mucked them back in fresh and ready for years to come💪🏼

Full reroof completed🔨✅

I took this old weathered roof right down to the rafters, and laid down a fresh breathable membrane with treated timber battens before finishing it off with these modern dark grey tiles. Topped off with a dry ridge and dry verge system which comes with no future maintenance when installed correctly.

Out with the old, in with the new!🏠🔨

Here are some photos of the process on this complete vertical tiling makeover on this home in Basingstoke. I stripped off the old weathered red tiles and installed a nice brown uniform tile that completely transforms the look of the house.

Today’s customer has been having trouble with birds nesting under the solar panels and a lot of noise being made underneath them for a while now and thought it was time to get me to put some bird guard all around to prevent this from happening✅ Also fitted a chimney cowl/bird guard to prevent entry to the chimney.
