🏡 ANOTHER BEAUTIFUL TRANSFORMATION COMPLETE! 🏡

We’ve just completed this stunning project for another returning client! ❤️

Having previously transformed their upstairs bathrooms, they invited us back to take on their next big project — creating a beautiful new Howdens kitchen and a brighter, more spacious open-plan living area.

And what a transformation it has been! 👏

The existing rear section consisted of a standard uPVC wrap-around window and door with a plastic roof. We completely stripped this back and started again, constructing new brickwork and piers, followed by a new insulated timber roof, new uPVC windows and these stunning bi-fold doors.

When the bi-folds are opened up, they completely connect the kitchen and dining area with the garden, creating that fantastic indoor-outdoor feeling — perfect for family life and entertaining. ☀️🌿

Once the building work was complete, our in-house trades got to work:

🔨 Existing kitchen and utility completely removed
⚡ Electrics altered and upgraded to suit the new kitchen layout
🚰 Plumbing altered and installed for the new design
🔥 New underfloor heating installed
🏠 Floors latexed and prepared ready for the new finish
🪚 New skirting boards fitted
🎨 Fully decorated throughout

Then came the centrepiece of the transformation — this gorgeous two-tone shaker-style Howdens kitchen. 😍

The kitchen was finished with beautiful quartz worktops, creating a clean and timeless look, and the client is absolutely loving their new boiling hot water tap!

To finish the space, we installed these stunning 800mm x 800mm floor tiles, before grouting, fitting the new skirting boards and completing the final decoration.

The end result is a completely transformed space — modern, bright, spacious and designed perfectly for everyday family life.

From the structural work and new roof to the bi-fold doors, underfloor heating, kitchen installation, tiling and final decoration, our team took care of the project from start to finish. 🔨🏡

Most importantly, we’ve left another returning client with the dream kitchen and open-plan living space they wanted. ❤️

Very happy clients at Heatherside Residential Home in Hook with their newly extended car parking area. 🚜🏡

The area was originally a front lawn, but with the existing car park no longer providing enough spaces for residents, visitors and staff, we were asked to transform the lawn into much-needed additional parking.

We started by digging out the entire marked grass area, with several grab lorries attending to remove all the excavated soil and turf. We then brought in three lorry loads of MOT Type 1 sub-base, which was spread, levelled and thoroughly compacted using a roller to create a strong, solid foundation.

Once the base was prepared, we installed new edging around the area before finishing the surface with 20mm shingle stone.

A fantastic transformation that has created plenty of additional parking while making excellent use of the available space. 👏

🏡 A Dream Ground-Floor Transformation — and a Very Special Project for Us

This was an amazing project to complete, made even more special because it was for a close, long-time friend who had bought their dream home and trusted us to completely refurbish the ground floor.

Their vision was to create their dream kitchen and a modern, spacious open-plan living area, with some really special features — including secret mirrored double doors leading into the redesigned utility and dog-washing area.

We started by completely stripping out the dated kitchen, utility and lounge areas before beginning the transformation.

To create the open-plan space, we removed the wall between the kitchen and dining room. We also fully opened up the existing small double-door opening into the lounge, allowing natural light to flow through and giving the whole ground floor a much brighter and more spacious feel.

The existing stone fireplace was removed from the lounge, helping us create the clean, modern finish the clients wanted.

At the rear of the property, we removed the original sliding patio doors and installed a much larger structural steel, allowing us to open up the brickwork and install these stunning grey bifold doors.

The clients really wanted an indoor-outdoor feel, especially around the kitchen and entertaining space. To achieve this, we installed a bifold kitchen window which, when fully opened, connects directly to the outside bar area — perfect for entertaining family and friends both inside and out. 🍻

Once all the structural work and steels were completed, our in-house trades got to work:

🔨 Full plumbing and gas works
⚡ Kitchen, dining room and utility rewired
🧱 All areas freshly plastered to a smooth finish
🏠 New LVT flooring throughout the entire ground floor, including the office, hallway, kitchen, lounge and utility
🪚 New skirting boards and architraves throughout

Then came one of the biggest parts of the transformation — installing this beautiful, modern and spacious Wren kitchen.

The kitchen was finished in a stunning colour combination with brushed brass accessories, followed by beautiful quartz worktops installed by our stone specialists and an oak worktop to the breakfast/bar area, adding warmth and character to the design.

Our in-house decorator then worked his magic, giving the entire space a fresh, flawless finish before our electrician returned for the second fix and finishing touches — including the installation of the beautiful picture-frame TV.

The finished result is a completely transformed ground floor — bright, modern, spacious and designed perfectly for everyday family life and entertaining.

This project wasn’t just another job for us. It was a fantastic project for the whole team, but being able to create something like this for a good friend made it even more rewarding.

Nothing beats seeing a very happy client’s face when they finally get to enjoy the finished result. ❤️🏡

Another fantastic project completed for a returning client! 👏

After previously completing their extension, we were delighted to return and transform their outdoor space with this beautiful porcelain patio.

Here’s how we brought the project to life:

✅ Returned with the digger to mark out, excavate and prepare the area.
✅ Installed and compacted a solid MOT Type 1 sub-base to provide a strong, long-lasting foundation.
✅ Replaced the existing manhole cover with a recessed cover for a seamless finish.
✅ Installed these stunning angled edging blocks to create a clean, contemporary border.
✅ Carefully laid these beautiful porcelain slabs, supplied by Kebur.
✅ Grouted the patio and buffed everything clean, leaving a flawless finish ready to enjoy.

We’ll be back soon to complete the transformation by laying fresh turf once the current heatwave has passed and conditions are ideal for establishing a healthy new lawn. 🌱

Here’s what we completed:

🔨 Stripped the bathroom back to a bare shell.

🚿 Installed a spacious walk-in shower with a brushed brass framed glass screen.

🛠️ Fitted a stunning wood-effect vanity unit, providing both style and practical storage.

✨ Tiled the shower enclosure with elegant marble-effect porcelain tiles, complemented by matching half-height feature tiling throughout the room.

🎨 Decorated in a soft, natural colour palette that perfectly complements the brushed brass fixtures and fittings.

💡 Installed brushed brass LED spotlights along with a contemporary illuminated mirror.

🌡️ Fitted a stylish brushed brass heated towel rail.

🪵 Finished the room with beautiful wood-effect flooring, adding warmth and completing the luxurious feel.
