Good evening, I thought I’d pop a post up showing my latest bathroom install. Please do take a look if you or know anyone that’s interested in having a new bathroom or kitchen installed. This is my 21st year in running SJS Property Maintenance so have many years experience & knowledge.

I haven’t posted any installations for some time but I’d like to post this stunning en-suite I completed last week.
There was a wall void at the end of the old shower cubicle which was removed to allow installation of a huge 1800mmx900mm stone shower tray complemented by a 1200mm 10mm glass screen. The shower has a flush mount mixer valve with dual outlet to feed not only an adjustable handset shower but also a large 300mm wide slim profile rain head.
The shower niche all bespoke made with full length led lighting which is powered by motion sensor as is the wall mounted basin unit under lighting, a warm glow emitted should a visit to the bathroom in the early hours necessitate!
Wall mounted swirl flush rimless toilet pan with solid brass flush plate as well as wall mounted basin taps which feed the generously sized 800mm basin!
To finish off, electric underfloor heating has also been installed with a smart home automated thermostat, nice & toasty underfoot!
A cracker of an en-suite which both myself & the customer are over the moon with!
Suite supplied & layout design by Plumbers World Ltd (Basingstoke), all work carried out by myself, electrics carried out by my regularly used contractor, plastering by DJH Plastering.

Very excited to show this one off! Alot of preparation went into creating this gorgeous family bathroom located in an old part of Basingstoke, the house is well over 100 years old so threw up some challenging hurdles!
I think we can all agree the finished result is absolutely stunning with extremely happy customers!

Here’s a family bathroom installed earlier this year in Tadley.
Unfortunately the homeowners had been ‘bitten’ by a previous company & there was a lot of remedial plumbing that had to be removed & re-installed properly.
The customer had chosen to source their own suite & had planned this bathroom themselves, they did a pretty good job in my opinion!
