Some of the most important electrical work is the work you’ll never see once the project is finished. ⚡

Floor wiring installed and carefully routed ready for the wooden subfloor to go down.

Getting this stage right is all about planning ahead - making sure power is exactly where it needs to be before everything is covered and the next phase of the build begins.

Another part of the project taking shape behind the scenes.

From an old bank to a modern office. ⚡

A project worth another look - and a great example of the variety involved in a full commercial refurbishment.

The Forbury Electrical team worked across the space on everything from the essential power and electrical infrastructure to the lighting and finishing details that help make the office what it is today.

Plenty of different elements, one complete transformation.

Planning ahead for what's to come. ⚡

We recently installed this double-stacked consumer unit, with the top half dedicated to supporting a new two-storey double extension currently being built.

Getting the electrical infrastructure right early in a project means the additional circuits and future requirements are already accounted for as the build progresses.

A neat setup now, ready for a much bigger property later.

A slightly different project for us recently… ⛳⚡

We completed the electrical installation for this new golf simulator in Rickmansworth, working in partnership with Log Cabins UK Ltd to help create a dedicated space that can be enjoyed all year round.

A great example of the variety of projects we get to work on, and what can be achieved when different trades come together to deliver the finished space.

Sometimes, the biggest improvements happen behind the scenes.

For this nursery in Caversham, we relocated and consolidated three separate consumer units into one modern installation, creating a cleaner, more organised electrical system that's easier to manage and maintain.

Projects like this aren't just about tidying up - they're about improving efficiency, simplifying future maintenance, and ensuring the electrical installation is fit for purpose for years to come.

Lighting has the power to completely transform a workspace.

As part of this office refurbishment, we installed a carefully considered mix of lighting throughout the building - from sleek linear ceiling lights and statement circular fittings to feature mirror lighting, subtle nook lighting above the coffee station, exterior lighting and discreet downlights that bring each area to life.

Every space has a different purpose, and the right lighting helps create an environment that's welcoming, practical and enjoyable to work in.

When you're designing a new workspace, plug sockets aren't usually the first thing people notice - but they'll definitely notice if there aren't enough of them.

A successful office fit-out isn't just about the finishes. It's about creating a space that works day in, day out, with power exactly where it's needed.

As part of this office refurbishment, transforming a former bank into a modern workplace, we installed a full range of power outlets and electrical accessories to support the new layout and future ways of working.

Good electrical design should work quietly in the background.
