January 2025 we began on-site with a clear vision of producing a substantial renovation of a forgotten homestead, into a stunning and warm family home in the heart of the South Downs.

Conservation training day - Hot Limes...

A brilliant and informative experience provided by yesterday.

Part of the .brickwork team spent the day learning about the importance and correct use of Hot Limes, how historical mortars changed based on materials available geographically and the how to better match these mortars with modern day alternatives.

Heritage brick and Flint repair tying in seamlessly on the front of this farmhouse.

We reduced the external skin from the first floor window sill to the ground floor arch and rebuilt to match the existing walls.
