Emergency callout just after Christmas 🔥🆘🚨

Customer reported lights flickering and a fishy smell, which is a sign of melting cable. Luckily they knew to turn everything off and just in time by the looks of it!

All caused by a loose connection at the neutral bar. All damaged cables stripped back and properly terminated

Outside lighting rewired just before Christmas last year 💡

Customer reported original outside lights were tripping. Whilst the wholesalers bag is a nice touch, it was not going to protect against all the water draining through the decking 😅

Total disconnection and start again was the order, with some new up lights put into the flower beds ✔
