👀 Can anyone guess where we were working this week? 🤩

No festival crowds this time, just Jamie and the grooving machine! 🐄

Jamie completed over 1,000m² of concrete grooving earlier this week at Worthy Farm, home of Glastonbury Festivals 🎤✨

We might have missed out on tickets for next year, but at least we got to enjoy these amazing uninterrupted views on a sunny autumn day ☀️ 🍂

⚠️ Biosecurity matters - and we take it seriously ⚠️

Before moving between sites, we wash down our machines using NEOGEN Farm Fluid MAX at a 5% rate — helping reduce the risk of spreading disease.

It’s DEFRA approved for:
🐖 Swine Vesicular Disease (2%)
🐄 Foot and Mouth Disease (0.1%)
🦠 Tuberculosis (5%)

With enhanced efficacy, it’s designed to deliver maximum performance — helping inactivate up to 100% of sporulated and non-sporulated oocysts.

Keeping standards high, every step of the way. ✔️

What biosecurity measures do you have in place on your farm?

🇮🇪 IRISH FARMERS - Limited availability before the end of the year 🇮🇪

If slippery or worn concrete is something you’ve been meaning to sort, this could be a good opportunity to get it done while our machine is already in Ireland.

We’ll be back in 🇮🇪 for a couple of weeks before the end of 2026 and whilst in the land of good cows, good craic and great dairy farming, it would be rude not to fit in a few more farms! 😉

🐄 Concrete grooving
🐄 Concrete scarification

We cover farms across the country and can often work around milking and the day-to-day running of the farm.

📩 Drop us a message with your location and we can see if we can fit you into the route.

Please share with any dairy farmers who might find this useful 🐄

SAFEGUARD YOUR HERD | Healthy cows. Productive herds.

Secure footing plays its part in keeping a productive herd 🐄

A slip or fall can have consequences long after the initial accident — affecting mobility, recovery time and ultimately production.

Giving cows reliable grip underfoot helps remove one avoidable risk from their environment, supporting healthy cows to keep moving, feeding and producing as they should.

✨ Grooving and scarification can restore grip to existing concrete, providing a safer, more secure surface underfoot. ✨

Because protecting production starts with keeping your cows healthy. 🐄

🐴 SLIPPERY CONCRETE | EQUESTRIAN EDITION 🐴

Over time, concrete can become smooth and polished, especially in stable blocks, wash bays and yard walkways. When wet, this can create a serious slip hazard for both horses and handlers.

Concrete scarification restores grip by creating a durable textured surface, helping horses move with confidence while reducing the risk of slips and falls.

✔ Improved traction
✔ Ideal for worn concrete
✔ Fast installation
✔ Cost-effective alternative to replacing concrete

Suitable for all areas of the industry, from racing and stud yards to liveries, riding schools and private equestrian facilities- scarification is an effective way to improve safety where it matters most 🐴

🐄 SAFEGUARD YOUR HERD | Slat Grooving

A slip or fall can cost more than just a vet bill 💷Lost production, extra labour and recovery time can all add up, not to mention the potential loss of an animal 💔

Slat grooving is a simple, cost-effective way to improve grip on your existing slats, helping your cows move more confidently and reducing the risk of slips and falls.

💪 Protect what matters most. Safeguard your herd.
