NEW BUILD BUNGALOWS 🏡 🌳
Wow, what a busy weekend! We had lots of enquiries and viewings for our new-build bungalows in Langdon Hills.
We’ve had lots of interest from people who’ve seen our recent posts, so we wanted to answer a few of the most common questions:
✔️ Can I personalise my bungalow?
Yes – if you get in early enough, there’s the opportunity to tailor certain finishes to your preferences - and even room layouts!
✔️ How are the plots allocated?
They are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, just like the rest of the busy housing market. We do still have a limited number of plots available, but with demand high and new-build bungalows in short supply across the county, we’d recommend booking a viewing as soon as possible.
✔️ What’s included?
We’re a local builder, and all of our homes are finished to a high specification. Features include bespoke kitchens with quartz granite worktops, landscaped front and back gardens, en-suite bedrooms, underfloor heating, EV charging points, bi-fold doors and more.
