Part Three of our massive 500m²-plus project in Canterbury with Team Lee Chapel Floors is completed!

After uplifting the old Junckers system, our team have now fully installed the new Junckers solid wood floor on the existing undercarriage. I think you will agree, it looks stunning.

Part 2 – The Transformation!

Following on from our last post, where the Lee Chapel Floors Team prepared the subfloor for our lovely local couple in their first home, we’re thrilled to show you the finish!

Our team has installed the beautiful Karndean Palio Plank LVT throughout the ground floor, and it’s completely transformed the space.

Good afternoon to you!

We have been busy transforming peoples homes. Please see below a recent project that Team Lee Chapel Floors completed!

Part 1 - Preperation

We loved transforming this space for a lovely local couple! Recommended to us, they wanted a beautiful Karndean Palio Plank LVT floor for their first home.

However, the open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge and hallway posed a huge challenge for our team: the floors were on different levels and pitched in the middle "like a tent" with a massive 32mm difference!

Our team at Lee Chapel Floors rose to the occasion:

✅ Fitted 3 different sizes of ply like a jigsaw to level the subfloor.

✅ Added a final layer of ply over the whole area.

✅ Finished with a fine-tune latex for a perfect finish.

✅ Installed the stunning LVT Plank flooring.

Good afternoon to you!

Not been on for a while, so thought that I would share some recent works that Lee Chapel Floors have completed.

For this client, we installed a brand new Pine Plank Floor, thanks to for supplying the beautiful wood. We secret nailed it so that no nails are evident. Our team then sanded the floor to a fine finish, coloured the pine and finished with a clear lacquer.
