Good afternoon to you on this rainy day! 🌧️

Last week, the Team Lee Chapel Floors crew was at a local project restoring a beautiful five-finger parquet floor.

We started by clearing the room and safely storing all the furniture. Then, we sanded the floor down to a smooth, fine finish and completed the stunning new look with a clear lacquer!

Good afternoon to you!

Do you remember from our last post, where Team Lee Chapel Floors had transformed the floors at a beautiful local property.

Our team followed the following installation process:

• Applied a 3mm latex layer for a flawless base.
• Installed a beautiful engineered herringbone floor throughout the entire ground floor.

The job is now completed! Please see the finished herringbone floor…..

Top of the sunny afternoon to you!

Hope you are all having a great day!

Team Lee Chapel Floors have been busy working hard as always, in this extreme heat.

Please see a recent project where our client requested that we latex the sub floor of this beautiful property in Reigate. We then installed some Amtico Stowe Oak Plank Flooring throughout.

Good afternoon to you!

Part 2 – The Transformation!

Following on from our last post, where the Lee Chapel Floors Team prepared the subfloor for our lovely local couple in their first home, we’re thrilled to show you the finish!

Our team has installed the beautiful Karndean Palio Plank LVT throughout the ground floor, and it’s completely transformed the space.

See the drastic change from our Part 1 photos!

We also received a lovely testimonial from the happy couple—see below! 👇

‘Excellent service from Lee Chapel Floors. Martin and the team did a fantastic job preparing our sub floor and fitting our glue-down Karndean Plank LVT.
The finish is flawless with great craftsmanship, and the team provided a friendly, professional service throughout. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality flooring!’

Good afternoon to you!

We have been busy transforming peoples homes. Please see below a recent project that Team Lee Chapel Floors completed!

Part 1 - Preperation

We loved transforming this space for a lovely local couple! Recommended to us, they wanted a beautiful Karndean Palio Plank LVT floor for their first home.

However, the open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge and hallway posed a huge challenge for our team: the floors were on different levels and pitched in the middle "like a tent" with a massive 32mm difference!

Our team at Lee Chapel Floors rose to the occasion:

✅ Fitted 3 different sizes of ply like a jigsaw to level the subfloor.

✅ Added a final layer of ply over the whole area.

✅ Finished with a fine-tune latex for a perfect finish.

✅ Installed the stunning LVT Plank flooring.

See Part 2 for the transformation!

Good afternoon to you!

Not been on for a while, so thought that I would share some recent works that Lee Chapel Floors have completed.

For this client, we installed a brand new Pine Plank Floor, thanks to for supplying the beautiful wood. We secret nailed it so that no nails are evident. Our team then sanded the floor to a fine finish, coloured the pine and finished with a clear lacquer.

Well done Team Lee Chapel Floors!
