A great milestone reached in Thorpe Bay.

Our attic truss roof installation is now complete, with the full structure in place and the site looking tidy as we hand over to the next stage of the build.

A few weeks ago, we shared this project during installation, where the roof had to be erected from within an enclosed scaffold to suit the client’s requirements. It’s great to look back now and see the completed structure taking shape.

A big thank you to everyone involved for their hard work and commitment throughout the project. Another quality installation delivered safely and on programme.

🏗️ Another milestone complete! ☀️

The final timber frame floor is now in place on this apartment project in Southend, and it’s great to see how far the build has come.

Working alongside Target Timber Systems for 7 Elms, our team has been making the most of the good weather to keep the project moving.

☀️ Not your average roof installation…

This truss roof in Thorpe Bay came with a unique challenge. Instead of a typical open roof installation, the roof had to be craned and hand manoeuvred inside an enclosed scaffold, which meant adapting our usual way of working to suit the site requirements.

To make things even more interesting, the installation took place over two of the hottest days of the year! 🌡️

Despite the conditions, the team pulled together to get the job done safely and keep the project moving.

A brilliant effort from everyone involved. 👏

🏡 Taking shape in Loughton.

🔨 Progress taking shape in Billericay 🔨

We’ve recently completed the installation of the first floor Posi-Joists and roof truss structure on this new-build home in Billericay.

With the floor system in place and the roof structure now erected, the project is starting to come together and the scale of the build is becoming clear. Posi-Joists provide the flexibility required for modern homes, allowing services to run through the floor zone while maintaining structural performance.

A great effort from the team to deliver another key stage of the project safely and efficiently.

🏗️ Roof installation underway in Chigwell 🏗️

A great day on site as the first attic trusses were craned into position for this private residential project in Chigwell, Essex.

There’s always something satisfying about seeing a roof structure start to take shape, and these lifts are a major milestone in the build process. Thanks to careful planning and teamwork, the installation progressed safely and efficiently throughout the day.

A big thank you to Nationwide Lifting Solutions for another professional lifting operation and to David Smith St Ives for supplying the roof trusses.
