We started by cutting down and clearing away the overgrown bushes before installing 2 new bays of fencing to give the area a much tidier, neater finish. 💪

🌿 Another garden transformed by the team at Master Exteriors! 🌿

This garden needed a complete transformation, starting with excavating the existing garden to reduce the raised levels and clearing away the old patio and fencing.

We then installed all-new fencing to suit the adjusted heights, followed by fresh groundworks throughout the garden and ACO drainage to help manage surface water.

The new patio was laid using Himalayan Grey porcelain tiles in a half-bond pattern, finished off with fresh AstroTurf to create a clean, modern and low-maintenance outdoor space. 👌🏼

✨ Another Complete Exterior Transformation

A full upgrade completed for our customer, including a complete new fencing run along one side of the property.

As the existing concrete posts and gravel boards were still in good condition, we worked with the existing structure by installing new taller fencing panels and infilling the centres, creating a cleaner finish with improved privacy.

We also:
🔨 Removed and cleared away the existing shed
🌿 Cleared the overgrown bushes along the fence line
🪵 Patched and extended the decking where the shed had previously stood
🚪 Installed brand-new double gates to the side of the property

🏡 New Build Project – Progress Update

Here’s a look at the progress on one of our current new-build projects.

We’ve now completed the construction of the bungalow and garage, with the roof structure now in place and the property ready for the next stage of internal works.

Once the internal works are underway and completed, we’ll be returning to carry out the landscaping and external works, bringing the whole project together with a high-quality finish.

Another exciting project taking shape from the ground up. 🔨🏡

✨ A Complete Garden Transformation with a Premium Finish ✨

We completely reshaped this garden, excavating the existing ground which was running on a slope. We then installed a retaining wall using Ash Grey bricks, creating two separate, level areas and providing a strong, practical structure to the garden.

Next, we installed ACO drainage before preparing the patio area with semi-dry concrete and reinforced mesh, creating a solid foundation ready for the porcelain.

The patio was finished with 900/600 Himalayan Grey porcelain tiles, laid to a high standard and complemented with Anthracite FugaPave grout.

To complete the transformation, we added Black Ice decorative stone along the fence line for a clean, contemporary finish.

✨ A seamless driveway extension completed for this customer.

We cleared the existing planted area to create additional driveway space, before carrying out the necessary groundwork and preparing the area for the new finish.

The extension was then infilled with matching block paving, creating a seamless continuation of the existing driveway and providing the customer with valuable additional parking space.

🏡 A solid new foundation prepared for this customer’s new shed.

We cleared and prepared the area, removing the customer’s existing shed and creating a clean, level base ready for the new structure.

A strong timber framework was constructed to the required dimensions, followed by the installation of reinforcing mesh for added strength. We then poured a C35 concrete base, leaving a durable, level and long-lasting foundation ready for the new shed to be installed.
