Few repairs carried out to this property.

Upon clearing all the mess from the gutter we found multiple places for water to get in so it was rip out of the flashband and a fibreglass system in place to ensure it wasn't going to let water in. Also an old window that was previously boarded up but was letting in water all sealed in.

First roof completed last week on our job in Oxford Street, all slabs lifted and substrate jetwashed to remove all built up dirt. All cracks to the asphalt deck were filled and a PMMA system overlayed to existing roof with all slabs and stones reinstated.

Great to get this one all finished up in Warwickshire working with LTT Interiors getting this roof completed.Full build ...

Great to get this one all finished up in Warwickshire working with LTT Interiors getting this roof completed.

Full build up with firings to eliminate water ever ponding, 18mm osb, 120mm insulation followed off with another layer of 18mm and finally all made water tight using Res-Tec Roofing Systems flexitec2020. All in all a great finish and another job well done 🔨👷.
