Back in the design office today after a day on site.

Yesterday, the team visited a customer to take measurements, carry out surveys and understand the installation conditions first-hand.

Today, those measurements are being transferred into the design so we can check dimensions, resolve potential issues and finalise the right solution before anything reaches production.

It’s a simple step that removes guesswork and helps the finished installation fit as intended.

A little look back at a façade project we delivered for Tottenham Hale Station.

As part of the refurbishment of one of North London’s major transport hubs, we supplied our systems for the internal and external façade treatments across the new station entrance and enlarged ticket hall.

The project involved multiple finishes and different interfaces, with our systems giving the design the flexibility needed to bring the various elements together as intended.

A great project to be involved with, delivering a contemporary finish built to withstand the demands of a busy London transport terminus. 👌

Rainwater systems have to deal with plenty of exposure to the British weather, so the material they’re made from matters.

That’s why we fabricate gutters, downpipes and other rainwater components from galvanised steel. The zinc coating protects the steel against corrosion, while the steel itself gives the finished parts the strength they need.

We can then cut, fold and form the material in house, making standard components as well as bespoke parts to suit the project.

Packed, labelled and ready to head out the door. 👋

This stack of copings has seen most of our shop floor, starting with design before moving through the press brakes, welding and powder coating, and now they’ve been packaged up and are ready for dispatch.

Every project is different, and we can design and manufacture bespoke architectural features to suit your space and specification.

Architectural and construction projects can ask a lot of sheet metal, with different processes needed to get a finished product ready.

Over time, we’ve built up our sheet metal fabrication service around those requirements, covering fabrication, CNC folding, welding and assembly, along with powder coating and finishing! 👍

With several stages covered under one roof, we take on subcontract metal fabrication work across Essex, London, Suffolk and UK wide, working with customers on the requirements of each job.

A new week means new projects are getting started. 💪

There’s plenty happening across our workshop, with fabrication and CNC machining getting underway as new jobs make their way into production.

With different departments working alongside each other, projects can move through the workshop as they take shape, with the forklift already getting the sheet metal where it needs to go.

Since the early days in Basildon, we’ve seen the business grow a lot!

What started with work in the cladding and roofing sector has developed over the years, with us now supplying projects across Essex, London and throughout the UK, covering new builds, renovations and refurbishment work.
