A COMPLETE SHOWER ROOM TRANSFORMATION

This main shower room has received a complete HPS overhaul—stripped back and rebuilt around how our clients use the space every day.

The project included new plumbing and electrics, new studwork, plasterboard and plastering. We replaced the bath with a generous shower, complete with a practical built-in niche, while retaining the existing tiled floor.

Powder blue fitted units provide plenty of cupboard storage and help keep the Polar Sparkle worktop clear. Matching Polar Sparkle shower panels and upstand create a bright, clean finish with sleek lines throughout.

We also formed a built-in cupboard ready for glass shelving, with dedicated shelf lighting. Warm-white ceiling lighting creates a calm ambience, while the new heated towel rail—with a summer element—provides year-round comfort.

The result is a brighter, calmer and much more functional main shower room, with better storage and clear surfaces for everyday use.

New Milton Primary En-Suite Transformation

Our New Milton client’s brief was clear: a practical, easy-to-use primary en-suite with a generous showering space, simple access and plenty of storage.

Every detail was carefully discussed to make sure the finished room was exactly as imagined. We worked alongside The Bath Works to source quality products, with durability being just as important as style.

The showering area now features low-maintenance shower panels, giving a sleek finish while being easy to clean. A large shower screen with deflector panel creates a spacious feel, while the mirrored niche reflects light beautifully around the room.

The shower includes both rainfall and handheld options, with the controls positioned away from the water flow. No cold-water surprises here.

A towel rail at the end of the shower keeps warm towels within easy reach, while the wall-to-wall fitted units provide excellent storage. The back-to-wall WC keeps everything neat and streamlined, and the client specifically chose a swivel spout tap so it can be moved out of the way when washing their face.

The mirrored cabinet adds even more storage while giving the room a practical everyday mirror. We also love the Blanco half-height white tiling with white grout, creating a clean, seamless look that pairs beautifully with the soft plaster finish above.

So, how did we achieve all this in just two weeks?

We started by carefully protecting the adjoining bedroom, covering beds and surfaces before any work began. The existing suite was then stripped out, with the old tiling removed back to bare walls.

We reorganised and renewed the plumbing, including completely reworking the bath drainage. The previous setup had four bends, which explains the poor drainage. We reduced this to just one bend for a much better flow.

From there, we created space for the new niche, towel radiator and shower valve pipework. Fresh plastering, tiling, shower panels and precision-fitted units followed, all completed with care and attention to detail.

Our client was overwhelmed by the transformation and excited to start using her new en-suite.

New Kitchen & Utility Installation in Barton on Sea

Our retired clients in Barton on Sea were facing a big decision: move home or renovate the space they already loved.

Their existing kitchen, set within a large previously extended room, felt dark even during the summer months. They wanted a brighter, more practical kitchen and utility area that worked together visually, while still keeping each space purposeful.

We suggested a light shaker style kitchen to suit the character of their home, using a lighter door colour to lift the whole room and make the space feel brighter. Practicality was also key, so we included two fully functional sink areas, with a ceramic kitchen sink to add a touch of luxury.

Accessibility was an important part of the design too. We added easier-to-reach storage, more drawer space in the utility, and replaced their existing range oven with a tower oven to reduce the need for bending.

To achieve the finished result, we stripped the kitchen right back, removed the old units and appliances, stored selected appliances for reuse, organised new plumbing and drainage, repositioned sockets, improved access to electrics, installed the new kitchen and utility, and cut and joined laminate worktops to suit the space.

The result is a light, bright and fully functional kitchen and utility that feel connected, cohesive and ready for everyday use.

Most importantly, our clients were delighted. They now have a room that works beautifully for them, with more usable worktop space, improved storage, easier access and no need for the costly, time-consuming move they were considering.

🌊 Coastal-inspired en-suite renovation in Milford on Sea

Set within a luxury lodge overlooking the Solent, our clients wanted their primary en-suite to feel brighter, more spacious and better connected to its stunning coastal surroundings.

The existing shower, double washbasin and wall-hung cabinets offered limited storage and made the room feel cramped. We redesigned the layout to create a larger, more accessible showering area while making better use of every inch of space.

The renovation included:

A large shower tray with screen and deflector panel
Easy-to-clean shower wall panels
Renewed plumbing for the new waste, shower valve and basin
A large drawer unit offering practical, accessible storage
A recessed shower niche
A wall-hung mirrored cabinet with an integrated electrical socket

The new layout has made the shower easier to access, created valuable extra space and provided plenty of storage for toiletries, including easier access to items at the back of the drawers.

Our hands-on client also enjoyed completing the tiling above the basin themselves. For those who would rather leave the tiles to us, this is a service we are happy to provide too!

From dark and disconnected to light, open and made for living.

This kitchen transformation was all about creating a brighter, more sociable space where our client could enjoy a morning coffee without feeling tucked away from the rest of the home.

We removed the dividing wall between the kitchen and dining room, installed structural steel in line with engineer guidance, relocated the boiler to free up valuable kitchen storage, upgraded the electrics, added new heating pipework, and prepared the space for fresh flooring.

The finished kitchen now features a peninsula island that connects the cooking and dining areas beautifully, complete with an AEG downdraft extractor to keep sightlines clean, a top-range Neff Hide & Slide oven, a Quooker tap for instant boiling water, and smart storage solutions including carousel corner units, integrated bins, and a pull-out pantry.

A complete transformation into a bright, practical and welcoming space to be enjoyed every day.

Another beautiful renovation completed by Halton Property Services — turning a dated en-suite into a calm, neutral sanctuary designed for both style and practicality.

Our client wanted a space that felt modern, uncluttered, and relaxing — without compromising on storage. We delivered this with a cleverly designed three-drawer basin unit, featuring a hidden internal drawer for that extra bit of organisation, alongside a sleek mirrored cabinet. The cabinet isn’t just for looks either — it’s fully lit and includes a built-in shaver socket, perfect for keeping electric toothbrushes charged and out of sight.

The shower area has been completely reimagined to maximise both space and reliability. A hinged glass door removes the common frustrations of sliding mechanisms, while the curved enclosure creates a more open and comfortable showering experience.

We’ve paired this with a contemporary back-to-wall WC and concealed cistern, keeping the lines clean and the space easy to maintain. Finishing touches like the compact chrome towel radiator tie everything together, adding both function and a premium feel.

This en-suite is a great example of how thoughtful design and quality installation can completely transform a space — balancing everyday practicality with a high-end finish.
