This information is predominantly aimed at new clients who wish to employ us for their projects. To begin any project, we require a retainer payment, I will explain in detail what your retainer payment contributes to.
Below are just some or if not all of the items required to complete your project from start to finish.

[3rd party sub contractor's such as:
Electricians / Carpenter's & Joinery / window & doors + bifold doors fabricators / Scaffolding / Welding Fabrications]

[Steel manufacturing & fabrications]

[Tarmac & public highways works]

[Grab lorries / skips / waste management]

[Hiring of hydraulic breakers / cranes /
& lifting equipment / groundworks & dampening equipment / generators & more]

[ Sourcing & managing ]
Structural engineers
Architects
Cad design & computer modelling
Building control & inspections [ your district ]
Environment agencies
& more.

So, as you can see from the above list this is why a retainer is so important & required. We employ a first come first serve basis & will prioritise that client. Once a retainer payment is received you will be issued with a receipt of payment invoice & a start date to which we honour.

Burst water main 💦. I must say it was very difficult to breath 😷 in this property😷
but has now been resolved. ✔️
