We finally found a gap in the diary… and Mum was first in line! 😄

In between extensions and larger projects, we transformed this tired bathroom into a modern, stylish space with a walk-in shower, contemporary tiling and sleek black fixtures.

Safe to say Mum’s happy with the result—and that’s the toughest client satisfied. ✔️

This project completely transformed the downstairs of the home with a rear extension, creating:

🏡 An additional bedroom
🚿 A new bathroom
🍳 And a brand-new kitchen designed for modern family living

This extension was all about making the home work better for the family — a downstairs bedroom and bathroom for Mum, plus a brand-new kitchen everyone can enjoy.

What was once unused outdoor space is now a bright, practical extension that has become the heart of the home, with thoughtful layout and quality finishes.

A great example of how a well-planned extension can totally change how a home works for a family — without having to move.

Ben Jones has officially become a cartoon.

Yep — new logo unlocked 🎉👷‍♂️
Same builder, same standards, just slightly better facial hair and fewer wrinkles 😅

Still doing:
✔️ Quality building work
✔️ Turning plans into reality
✔️ Builders you can trust

Not doing:
❌ Cutting corners
❌ Disappearing mid-job
❌ Charging “cartoon prices” (sadly)

Out with the old, in with the open plan 👊 This bathroom started as two separate rooms. We stripped everything back, knocked through the toilet room, and opened it up into one larger, more functional space.

A sleek open layout with a freestanding bath, separate shower enclosure, feature lighting, textured wall panels and high end finishes throughout.

Down came the walls, in went the steels, and those new bifolds have completely changed the way the space feels. From boxed-in to open-plan! A huge change and worth every hour of work 🛠️

FYI we used VARCO CONSULTANTS LIMITED for the structural calculations (they're your guys if you ever need Structural Engineers, Surveyors or Architects)
