COMPLETION!🎉

We are delighted to share with you the completion of this newly refurbished bungalow in Braunton, where a once dated property has been thoughtfully transformed into a contemporary, welcoming home.

This project involved the extension and refurbishment of an existing 1980’s bungalow. The design introduces a carefully considered extension alongside a more modern external appearance.

On Saturday, we took part in the Exeter Inflatable 5k to raise money for North Devon Hospice!

We had an amazing time, and we are proud to have raised an incredible amount of money for such a meaningful cause.

Meet Ollie!

Ollie has recently completed his T Level in Built Environment with us and has secured a Degree Apprenticeship with Woodward Smith Architects.

During his T Level placement at Woodward Smith Architects, Ollie demonstrated fantastic attention to detail and a strong commitment to his work, helping him take the next step in his career. Fantastic work Ollie, we are excited to see your next steps.

Last Wednesday, we celebrated Helena graduating with a Distinction in her Master of Architecture (MArch) degree, completing her RIBA Part 2!🎊

Helena started here in 2022 after her Part 1, before moving on to her Part 2 in 2023. Over the past three years, she has balanced her studies alongside her role at WSCA, demonstrating exceptional dedication, commitment, and hard work. This milestone is a fantastic reflection of the effort she has put into both her academic and professional journey.

Helena is now looking ahead to beginning the RIBA Part 3 qualification in January next year, taking the exciting next step towards qualifying as an Architect.

A huge congratulations to Helena for this amazing achievement! All of us at Woodward Smith are incredibly proud of you, and we cant wait to see what you achieve next!☺️🎉

Last month marked the completion of the extension and refurbishment works to the changing room pavilion at Tews Lane Playing Field, delivering improved amenities for community use together with improved storage provision and accessibility.
