Not your average Sunday call out.

After receiving a call late on Saturday, Dave caught the boat over to Lundy Island the following morning.

A horse had kicked an LPG gas pipe off, leaving the property without hot water. Dave repaired the issue and got everything safely back up and running.

🚧 Out with the old, in with the new! 🔧

Another commercial plant room brought up to modern standards.

We’ve replaced an ageing Ideal Concord boiler at a local medical centre with a new high-efficiency Vaillant commercial boiler, delivering improved reliability, performance and energy efficiency.

The project also included:
✅ Installation of a new unvented hot water cylinder
✅ New heating and hot water controls
✅ Upgraded commercial gas safety controls to ensure the plant room complies with current regulations

It’s always rewarding to modernise older heating systems, giving our clients a safer, more efficient installation that’s built to last.

We recently installed a Grundfos Sololift in a local factory’s first aid station, providing a practical drainage solution where a gravity waste connection was simply too far away.

The Sololift allows wastewater from the sink to be pumped to the nearest drainage point, avoiding costly excavation and disruption to the building.

A simple, reliable and cost-effective solution when conventional drainage isn’t an option.

Just completed the first fix on this fantastic self-build in Croyde, North Devon. Our team installed the full MVHR system, underfloor heating, and first fix plumbing for five bathrooms.
