We guided the project from initial concept through to securing planning permission for a two storey side extension, a single storey rear extension, and a multi use outbuilding. Each element was carefully designed to maximise space, light, and functionality while complementing the original character of the home.

Now fully renovated and beautifully transformed the property stands as a stunning family residence that reflects a thoughtful design, meticulous planning and a clear vision brought to life.

This long disused chapel had stood untouched for years and with no parking and only minimal outside space, securing planning permission was far from straight forward. Through a carefully considered approach, we were able to achieve approval. Now transformed into a beautiful two‑bedroom holiday retreat, the owners have delivered a sensitive, character‑rich conversion that truly does the building justice.

Hard to believe this is the same property from the rear. The transformation is incredible. There’s nothing better than seeing a project completed and hearing the client’s comments is always the best part of the job. Their smile says everything.

Great to be on site near Woolacombe last week to see one of our designs taking shape. There’s always something satisfying about watching a concept become a reality.
This one has been designed with a calm, understated presence, the metal standing seam roof and charred vertical cladding will bring a contemporary edge while still echoing the character of rural barns.

The site came with planning permission, but the design wasn’t right for our client. We’ve now secured full approval for a completely re‑designed four‑bedroom home tailored to their lifestyle. Construction is expected to begin in the coming months, and we can’t wait to see it take shape.
