Here’s a smaller project that we completed last week for our client while she was away on holiday. 🏖️

Update on the huge full garden transformation at Ravenfield and what a change since the last video.👏🏼😎

All the walls and planters are pretty much built and the levels are set. 🦺🧱

There’s just the final bit of hardcore to go in today and then the fun parts can begin. 😇🥳

We gave the lads a boost before we left with the old smelling salts to get them through the last bit of barrowing!! 🤣🤣👃🏼👃🏼

Massive congratulations to Jack on passing his exams and completing his apprenticeship. 👏

That’s now 2 apprentices we’ve brought into the industry at Howard's Way — while plenty of people are quick to write young people off and say this generation don’t want to work hard.

The truth is, it hasn’t been easy. Apprentices need time, patience, guidance and support. But seeing young lads grow in confidence, learn proper skills and build a future makes it all worth it.

Unfortunately, the government can make it incredibly hard for businesses to have apprentices.

We’re incredibly proud of what Jack has achieved. We also have Chad who completed his apprenticeship a few years ago, and he has become a great part of Howard’s Way. It’s brilliant to see young people coming through and making something of themselves. 💪

Proud of the team we’re building and proud to be doing our bit for the next generation 👊

Sometimes we do underground drainage work too!
From time to time we install new pipework underground if we come across damaged or blocked pipes. We always discuss our findings with our clients and explain their options.

Progress on our smaller Bolton on Dearne project is coming on. 🦺🔝
We are creating an enclosed patio area for our client who has a dog. 🐶
We will be finished here tomorrow and wait until you see the before photos of this one. It’s a huge transformation for this section of the garden. 😱

It’s all going on at our Ravenfield project. 🫨🫨

We are completely changing the levels and layout of this garden so there is a tonne of groundwork to do. That means the digger is out and there’s lots of muck to shift. 💪🏼💪🏼👷🏻‍♂️🦺

We uncovered a surprise on our resin patio job in Bramley. 😱😱
Some old clay pipework which was all blocked up and not functioning properly. So we had a chat with our client and he agreed for us to replace it with new to ensure the drainage was working correctly. ✅👷🏻‍♂️

Our apprentice Jack put in an epic day of work yesterday mixing countless loads of concrete for some foundations on a huge full garden transformation project we’re working on. 🦺👷🏻‍♂️

Jack is currently at college for the next 3 days sitting his final exams to complete his apprenticeship course. 📚🪏
We wish him the best of luck and we know he’s going to crush it. 💥
