Due to the weather I am unable to get out in my van. I am having lots of calls regarding boilers not working and in the majority of cases this is due to the condensate pipe being frozen. This is the white pipe that goes from under your boiler to the outside. If you pour hot water over the pipe this should unblock it and your boiler should start to work.
Please share this post so people are not left without heating in this freezing weather.
