This area of South Tyneside was transformed into a vibrant riverside development and was inaugurated by Prince Michael of Kent. It was a disused dockland and brownfield site previously and the transformation created thousands of jobs, high quality offices, housing and leisure facilities.

This roof was dead two years ago, we were asked to revive the neglected roof. These pictures were taken in May 2019 and you can see that it is coming back to life.

This was a job for Nature England in the summer of 2018 at the Moorlands Visitor Center near Doncaster. This was a large brown roof project
