C. Soar and Sons has been established in Barnsley for over 50 years. We carry out the removal and dismantling of specialist electrical equipment from sites across the UK.

Due to an ever increasing workload we are looking to recruit;

Experienced Dismantling Operatives and Non-Ferrous Metals Sorters

Must be competent in oxy/propane flame cutting, plant operations and demonstrate a good standard of Health and Safety awareness. Must be able to assess and grade all types of Non- ferrous metals. Work away from home will be required.
Previous experience is absolutely essential.

HGV Class 1 Driver/ HIAB Operators

Clean driving licence preferred for collecting redundant electrical equipment from various sites across the UK. Applicants must hold the required CSCS lorry loader card and be experienced in sheeting, roping and strapping of loads. Drivers must be flexible and nights out will be required.

Excellent rates of pay will be offered to the right candidates
