Not what I was expecting to see first thing in a Tuesday morning.

Called out for a leak beneath a tiled bathroom floor. Removed section of ceiling to find a waste pipe drilled through a joist.

Better still.
A 10 x 2 timber beam reduced to the strength of a 3.5 x 2.

A repair and report will be given to the customer for insurance purpose.

The bathroom fitter best get ready for his hands more than just slapped for this work

I hope you all agree……
This is a wonderful transformation.

Removal of the old suite, tiles,flooring and ceiling.

Altered the plumbing to give the customer confidence in the plumbing due to the original failing and leaking.
The waste pipes supported to guarantee a fall as the previous pipes were sagging due to poor installer workmanship.

The floor was tiled on a 6mm fibre cement board as per regulations.

The ceiling panels were put back to the original ceiling height.

Alterations made to the boxing in to suit a shorter bath allowing the removal of the large boxing in beneath the window which was eating away at the space in the bathroom.

The plumbing, tiling, ceiling, and joinery completed by ourselves.

The electrics were completed by the customer.

Hope the customer is more than satisfied by our work.

All work has a 1 year workmanship warranty, and unlike other trades we always answer the phone to follow up on any of our completed work.

Another bathroom modernised in a rental property.
All nice and tidy.
Ready for the electrician and the flooring going down.
Was supposed to be a simple like for like swap but ended up with quite a few extra unforeseen work upon removing the tiles and suite.
Plasterboards required replacing
Ceiling needed overboarding
Electrician was not booked but sorted the job on very short notice.

Here we have the ideal vogue max 18kw system boiler.
Installed with an outdoor sensor the boiler is capable of understanding a hot water demand or a heating demand.

Hot water is set at 80degrees.
Heating set by the outdoor weather sensor.

Making a much more efficient heating system and reducing the gas bill costs.

A full strip down service completed with new burner seal and heat exchanger cleanse.

Expansion vessel checked and re-pressurised.

All left working and back to a very clean standard.
