🚿 Bathroom Extractor Upgrade – Major Condensation Issue

This bathroom fan was venting straight into the loft space, and the ducting was completely full of water 💧

Warm moist air from the bathroom was hitting the cold loft and condensing inside the flexi duct — causing water build-up and potential damage to insulation and ceilings.

I B Electrical Maintenance upgraded the extractor fan, installed a proper roof tile vent, and corrected the wiring so the fan now has an overrun timer ✔️

The fan no longer switches off with the light — it continues running to properly clear moisture from the room.

✔️ Proper external extraction
✔️ No more water sitting in the duct
✔️ Timed overrun for effective ventilation
