Attended a house to deal with a blocked drain. Customer had already had Dynorod out through the house insurance. Engineer came, drilled a hole in the downstairs toilet soil pipe to release pressure then left. Customer contacted Dynorod who want £1500+vat to come back out and unblock it properly. I rolled up, Customer very anxious.it took me about 2 hours to locate and unblock the main line and jet all the other drains, all for a lot less than they were quoted by Dynorod. Customer very happy.

So.completed a job for a landlord about 5 weeks.
Booked to unblock a drain and do a cctv survey as it keeps happening.went and unblocked ghe drain, whilst doing the cctv survey, I found drain rods had been used at some point and had got stuck in the neighbouring property .I informed the landlord and told him he would have to call Yorkshire Water and explained that as it was in the mainline I am not allowed to work on that part. Hae called Yorkshire Water and they attended the following day I called down to see the lads from Yorkshire Water whilst they were there and they managed to clear it from the other property. My job was completed as requested,however the landlord is refusing to pay as agreed but not giving a reason why...well small claims court is now being set in process. All info on the booking is confirmed via text.
