Last week's jobs completed.
Old clay tiled roof replaced with a new old english modern tile and maintenance free ridge tiles.
10 x 7 mtr double garage replaced with a new EPDM rubber roof.

Todays job.
Previous roofer couldn't find out why this was leaking.
Tiles not suitable for the low pitch,broken weather bars everywhere and the felt at the bottom was under the eave trays instead of over not allowing any rain to flow in to the gutter 😮
Removed existing roof and replaced with a fibre cement slate ideal for the low pitch.😁😁

What a transformation.
2 new matching apex dormers to the front with vertical tiling.
2 new triple glassed velux windows on the side and made the original flat roof dormer to the rear bigger also with vertical tiling.
What a difference 😍😍
