We’re Hiring! Locksmith / Service Engineer
Due to continued growth, Top Lock Yorkshire Ltd is looking for an experienced Locksmith / Service Engineer to join our team.
Our reputation is extremely important to us, and excellent customer service is paramount. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and will represent our company professionally.
The role will include:
▪️General locksmith work
▪️ Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs
▪️ Repairing windows and doors
▪️ Measuring for replacement glass units
▪️ Installing glass units
▪️ Providing a professional, friendly and reliable service to our customers
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm.
The role also includes an on-call rota covering set weekdays and alternate weekends, including some bank holidays.
What we’re looking for:
▪️ Previous industry experience is essential
▪️ Excellent customer service and communication skills
▪️ Good fault-finding and problem-solving abilities
▪️ Pride in delivering work to a high standard
▪️ A professional and friendly approach
▪️ The ability to work independently and as part of a team
▪️ A full Clean UK driving licence
Additional training will be provided to help develop your skills across the different services we offer.
▪️Must have a clean DBS
