Back at a property for one of my returning customers! 🏠

I’ve been working my way through this house room by room over the past year. This is now the third bedroom completed, with the downstairs and staircase hopefully coming up in the near future. 👍

The customer had already taken all the walls back to brick and even PVA’d everything ready for me — 10/10 customer making my job easier! I do really appreciate that

All walls were boarded using the dot and dab method with plasterboard adhesive. One wall was originally going to be built out using CLS timber, but due to the existing clay honeycomb bricks being extremely difficult to get a reliable fixing into, I decided on a safer approach.

The wall was packed out and levelled using plasterboard strips to get over the pipe work for the bathroom and boiler before being fully boarded. With a brand-new bathroom on the other side, the last thing I wanted was to risk drilling through the wall and causing any damage.

Once everything was boarded, the entire room was plastered from top to bottom using Multi-Finish plaster, leaving a smooth, clean finish ready for decorating. 👌

🏠 Recent Bedroom Plastering Job in Royston

Another bedroom completed recently in Royston.

The existing ceiling was overboarded using 12.5mm plasterboard, along with one of the walls Dot and Dab and another 2 walls boarded ready for plastering.

I also blocked up an existing cupboard space using CLS timber and plasterboard before plastering the entire room from top to bottom, leaving a smooth, high-quality finish ready for decorating.

📅 Now taking bookings for December, with some availability still remaining towards the end of November.

Recent Job in Dunnington

Another job completed in Dunnington, working alongside a local builder on this summerhouse.

The builder had already boarded the room using 12.5mm plasterboard and brought me in to complete the plastering.

I applied two coats of Multi-Finish plaster, leaving the walls and ceiling with a smooth, flat, high-quality finish ready for decorating.

The builder was really pleased with the standard and quality of the work, and most importantly, the homeowner was over the moon with the finished summerhouse. 👌

Recent Bedroom Transformation 🛠️

This bedroom required a complete strip back to brick, as the existing plaster had blown and was no longer suitable for a Re-Plaster The room was taken back to the brick and started from scratch to ensure a strong, durable and high-quality finish.

All walls were dot-and-dabbed using 12.5mm plasterboard and plasterboard adhesive, providing a solid, level surface ready for plastering. The ceiling and walls were then plastered using Multi Finish, leaving everything smooth and finished to the highest standard

I’m now taking bookings for November, with a few spaces still available throughout October.

Another coving job all completed all angles and joints filled and sanded ready for paint 👍
