The answer all depends on the number of radiators, baths/showers etc in the property so it is really important that we get all of this info.
Getting an undersized boiler will result in poor heating throughout the property and difficulty supplying hot water to various taps when in use.
Getting an oversized boiler will result in higher utility bills and poor inefficient boiler performance.
