We are currently working for a large insurance framework on a property in Wisbech Norfolk. Despite the property on being 7 years old, some of the pipework in the bathroom failed resulting in a leak damaging ceilings and walls below.

We've handled everything from the initial site survey where we took moisture readings, during our first phase of works we removed all affected plasterboard, replaced it with new, plastered and decorated it to match the rest of the property.

Our second phase of works is underway at the moment, due to some damaged tiles and not being able to match them we have stripped the entire bathroom back to blockwork where we have now built it back up with plasterboard and skimmed ready for tiling to commence.
