Another chimney repair, but this time the chimney pot was cracked all around and surprisingly still on. Also the coping was cracked and crumbling so we built a box and recemented with a new pot, also put caps on each one as required by the surveyor.

Water was getting in and rotted the lathes so we put new felt on and replaced the lathes and replaced some broken tiles too, also we replaced a vent which wasn't the right one for type of tiles.
