And here is the end result, a Grain waterfall style table in solid oak to match their kitchen worktops.

Another amazing before and after transformation. Old rotten joists/walls/ windows fascia and guttering replaced on this overhanging extension, now fully insulated, and clad with cedral click cladding with all important top and bottom ventilation and insect mesh allowing it to breath but remain airtight on the inside.
