At last the landline is back up & working

There appears to be a problem with my landline at the moment.
The majority of calls are getting a ringing tone when calling but they are not connecting to the landline - a few are however getting through.
All calls are answered by myself or the answer machine.

Tradespeople are only allowed to go into someone else's home to carry out or deliver essential work or services.

Construction moves into Phase 1 of lockdown
The Scottish Government has published the official restart plan and guidance for the construction industry. The guidance produced in collaboration with Construction Scotland and across the industry outlines a six-stage model with phases 0 and 1 now being implemented.
Phase 0: Planning
Phase 1: Covid-19 pre-start site prep
Phase 2: ‘Soft start’ to site works (only where physical distancing can be maintained)
Phase 3: Steady state operation (only where physical distancing can be maintained)
Phase 4: Steady state operation (where physical distancing can be maintained and/or with PPE use)
Phase 5: Increasing density/productivity with experience

Nothing much has change for us

Scottish Government advise for phase 1
The construction industry will be able to start preparing their sites for reopening in the future.

This is very frustrating for us as well as customers as there appear to be many companies & individuals who have been ignoring lockdown advise completely

Due to the government’s announcement last night concerning social distancing & travel we can only cover absolute emergencies for existing customers. This might only be advise given over the phone to tide you over there is no guarantee of a site visit.
This decision has been made with everybody’s safety in mind & will end when the government lifts its restrictions.
