🔨 Roof & Chimney Repairs

Another job completed today.

• 7 ridge tiles stripped out and completely re-bedded
• Around 17 existing ridge tiles left in place as requested by the customer — they were secure, but the previous white mortar really stood out, so we toned it down to blend in with the roof
• Chimney pots re-haunched and neatly finished, including the small projecting lips

A much cleaner, more natural finish while keeping the existing tiles where possible.

BANBRIDGE + DROMORE + LURGAN + CRAIGAVON and further a field .

BE HONEST... HOW LONG HAS THAT LEAK BEEN THERE? 👀

That brown stain on the ceiling.
The bucket in the spare room when it rains.
"Ah I’ll get it sorted next month"

Next month turns into next year.
And a £300 patch turns into a £3,000 new roof.

I’m Darren from FINN ROOFING. Banbridge based.

This month I’m doing something I’ve never done before.

**5 FREE DRONE ROOF SURVEYS**

Why? Because 90% of roof problems start small.
And if I catch it now with the drone, I can save you thousands.

**HERE’S WHAT YOU GET:**
1. 4K Drone photos + video of your ENTIRE roof - no ladders, no damage
2. I’ll show you EXACTLY what’s wrong so you can see it with your own eyes
3. Straight advice. If it’s fine I’ll tell you. If not, I’ll quote it on the spot.

**WHY CHOOSE FINN ROOFING:**
✅ Specialist in Built-Up Felt + High Performance Torch-On
✅ 10 YEAR GUARANTEE on all work
✅ Local to Banbridge - my reputation is on every job
✅ Clean site, no mess left behind

**THE CATCH:**
Only 5 spots available this month. After that, drone surveys are £99.

Roofing is a big investment. Getting ripped off is worse.
Get a second opinion from a local roofer first.

PS: Even if you don’t go ahead with work, you keep the drone footage.
At least you’ll KNOW instead of worrying all winter.
