Some photos of a Bespoke Low Energy Home in Randalstown completed recently. The big news is that in the air test scored our best result ever!! To be rated a Passive House, a result of 0.64 or less air changes per hour is needed. Well, we got an amazing 0.49 ACH !!! well below the Passive House Standard. This is due to the detailing and the brilliant workmanship of the guys on site.

Onsite photos of a house in ballynure Were are hugely pleased at our superb result of 0.65ACH (Air/Changes/perHour). Considering Regulation is 5ACH, & most homes are around 2-3, we are well chuffed at this, & really goes to show how correct detailing & use of Air-Tightness products can make all the difference. This will be a very easily heated, cheap to run, & very comfortable home!
