When you come across stuff like this it justifies all the electrical inspections and the value of having your electrical system periodically inspected, this mess put a whole office out of action for nearly a full day as their electrics had cut off, and worse, nearly burnt the place to the ground, just another reminder that unsafe electrical systems can cause headaches and danger to property and life ⚡️

Fixed wire test today in a commercial / office premises

One of the main checks we carry out is making sure everything is tightly connected

Loose wires cause overheating, potential fires and damage to cable insulation

Some snaps of a 3 zone fire alarm system and some emergency lighting we installed earlier in the year in a local residential care home, the old system was badly broken down and not fit for purpose any longer

Now that’s tidy! , worked along side Norman and Kenny the Kitchen fitters to get this done and of course the finished product is first class. Also moved all the media and power supply for TV inside one of the cupboards

Was on the hard stuff today, literally spent half my apprenticeship doing steel conduit, none of that modern conlock here good old tradition cut and thread😃. 3 phase 20 amp supply installed to an industrial band saw 👍
