☀️☀️Solar PV Installation ☀️☀️

Today we installed 4.8KW of solar panels along with a Hybrid inverter for Smyth Building Services LTD as part of our full electrical installation at this beautiful new house they have recently completed in Portadown. This system has been designed to allow for additional battery storage to be added if the new owner decides to do so. Remember to get in touch if you are thinking about having Solar PV installed!!

We just finished this Gate automation job complete with Hikvision intercom and CCTV. The gates were 500m away from the nearest power supply so after we caught our breath from rolling out the armoured supply we set about building the gate control unit into a custom built panel which housed additional controls we added for a loop detector which automatically opens the gates when a vehicle approaches from around 50m up the lane . Additionally we added some extra relays to hold the gate open when a command is sent from either the keypad or from the phone app. As the intercom was around half a mile from the main house we sent a network connection via a set of wireless links which gets control of the gate online for control via the app or the indoor intercom station. Quite the task but we really enjoyed this one. Back after tarmac goes down to install lighting around the entrance and up the lane👌👌👌

A recent home automation job we completed a while back. This one had 5 multi room audio zones, 7 zones of video distribution, 3 climate zones, hot water control, integrated CCTV and alarm and garage door control along with smart rako lighting on the outside lighting. All this was pulled into one interface via an elan system controller giving the end user just one app to control and automate everything in the house. We used the impressive new Elan Hr40 remote for the main living room which is absolutely beautiful, it can control any media zone for either audio or video as well as control lights, heating, alarm, cameras and even act as an indoor station for the gate intercom in the future. Check out our recently completed install at Lisburn Free Presbyterian Church!

As well as the Electrical install we completed the Fire alarm and also installing the cable infrastructure for the intruder alarm, CCTV and Audio Visual system. Literally miles of cable installed in this state of the art Annex to the existing Church building.

We would like to thank the members of the Church building committee who entrusted us to complete this project to the highest standards.

Here is a recent Pan Tilt Zoom calving camera we installed at a farm using a wireless link from the dwelling house around 200m away. The camera is set to scan through 4 preset positions or if needs be the user can manually position or zoom the camera to suit their needs via the app on Thier tablet or phone. Today we were back at a media room we installed at the tail end of last year to make some adjustments, so we took the oportunity to get a few snaps of what we did.

We installed a Dennon AVR with Kilpsch in walls at the front and a couple of in cielings at the rear along with nice little sub to create a lovely little 5.1 surround sound setup. Everything is automated through an Elan Sc100 so one touch of a button on the remote drops the screen, closes the blinds, turns on the projector, turns on the amp and sets a scene on the Rako lighting ready for you to sit down and enjoy!. Thanks to Indigo Distribution for supplying the speakers and the lighting control for this job.👌
