🏨 Luxury Design Meets Acoustic Performance at Rockliffe Hall

Pacy & Wheatley Acoustic are proud to have completed a specialist acoustic ceiling installation as part of the multi million pound transformation of Rockliffe Hall Hotel in Darlington.

Working alongside Brims Construction Limited, our team supplied and installed 228m² of the Styjl Straight Up acoustic ceiling system, including 120m² within the hotel restaurant and a further 108m² within the orangery.

Finished in bespoke colours to complement the carefully considered interiors, the system provides effective sound control while maintaining the premium aesthetic expected from one of the UK’s leading luxury destinations.

Working within a Grade II listed building required detailed planning, careful coordination and precision throughout the installation. The finished result successfully brings together modern acoustic performance, contemporary design and the architectural heritage of this prestigious setting.

🏗️ Live Project Update | Hogan Lovell, Holborn Viaduct

Great progress is being made at Hogan Lovell in Central London, where Pacy & Wheatley Acoustics is once again working alongside our longstanding partners at Integra Contracts.

Our team is installing over 1,300m² of Bowiq - Beyond Acoustics BoSpray in two specialist colours, Bronze (RAL 8014) and Green (RAL 1603010), bringing acoustic performance and distinctive architectural design together.

Bowiq BoSpray provides an effective solution for controlling reverberation and background noise, helping to create comfortable environments where speech clarity and occupant wellbeing are a priority. With the bespoke colours adding another dimension to the installation, the project is really starting to take shape.

Progress over the past few weeks has been excellent, and we’re looking forward to seeing the finished result come together.

Bo-Spray in Action at Allen & Overy

Large scale workplaces need acoustic solutions capable of performing across busy, dynamic environments.

Working alongside BPC Interiors, Pacy & Wheatley Acoustic were appointed to supply and install an impressive 3,342m² of Bowiq_acoustics Bo-Spray across 10 floors of Allen & Overy’s office and communal spaces at 2 Broadgate, London.

Manufactured from recycled cellulose, Bo-Spray is a water based acoustic solution designed to minimise echo and control background noise, helping create more comfortable and productive workplaces. With a range of colours available, it also provides the flexibility to complement the architectural design of each space.

The system was an excellent fit for a flagship development where acoustic performance, aesthetics and sustainability were all key considerations.

🏢 Live Project Update | Village Offices, Westfield London

We’re pleased to be making great progress on another specialist acoustic project in Central London.

Working alongside Titan Interiors, Pacy & Wheatley Acoustics has been appointed to deliver the acoustic ceiling installation at Village Offices, part of the major transformation of the former House of Fraser within Westfield London.

The development will create approximately 115,000 sq ft of premium office space across three levels, transforming the former retail environment into a modern workplace.

As part of the internal fit out, our team is installing 214m² of Rockfon Mono Acoustic within the ground floor reception and lift lobby.

Offering Class A sound absorption, Rockfon Mono Acoustic helps control reverberation and reduce unwanted noise, creating calmer and more comfortable environments. Its clean, contemporary appearance also means acoustic performance can be incorporated without compromising the architectural vision of the space.

Work is progressing smoothly on site, and it’s fantastic to see the development taking shape alongside the Titan Interiors team.

Live Project Update | Hogan Lovells, Holborn Viaduct

Acoustic performance meets bold architectural design on our latest London project.

Pacy & Wheatley Acoustics is making great progress at Hogan Lovells on Holborn Viaduct, working alongside Integra Contracts on this impressive new Grade A commercial development.

Our team is installing 1,350m² of 25mm Bowiq Bo Spray across three levels, but this is far from a standard acoustic finish. The specification features two bespoke RAL colours, with 929m² in Bronze and 431m² in Green, creating a striking contemporary appearance that complements the wider architectural vision.

Beyond its appearance, Bowiq - Beyond Acoustics Bo Spray provides effective control of echo and background noise, helping to improve speech clarity and occupant comfort within busy commercial environments. Manufactured using recycled cellulose, its sustainability credentials also complement a development targeting BREEAM Outstanding.

For businesses, developers and design teams, this project is a great example of how acoustic performance can become part of the overall interior design rather than compromise it.
