📍 Project Update | New Zealand House, St James', London

We're delighted to be nearing completion of our acoustic plaster ceiling installation at the iconic New Zealand House in St James', London.

Working alongside GEN, our team has installed over 300m² of Ecophon Fade One Acoustic Plaster across 12 levels of this prestigious Grade II listed building. Designed to deliver outstanding acoustic performance while maintaining a clean, contemporary finish, the system is helping to create comfortable and productive spaces throughout the refurbishment.

With completion expected in the coming weeks, we're incredibly pleased with how the ceilings have turned out and how seamlessly they complement the building's impressive transformation.

Projects like this demonstrate how effective acoustic solutions can enhance the experience of modern workplaces while respecting the character of historic buildings.

Over the past few months, excellent progress has been made on site, and it’s fantastic to see this prestigious project really taking shape. Pacy & Wheatley Acoustic are pleased to be working alongside FM Construction on the redevelopment of 27–31 Charlotte Street, a landmark property in the heart of Fitzrovia, London.

This exciting project will transform the prominent W1 building into a premium restaurant and bar destination, adding to Charlotte Street’s renowned hospitality offering. As part of the redevelopment, our team is installing around 120m² of Rockfon Mono Acoustic throughout the restaurant and communal areas.

Chosen for its outstanding acoustic performance and seamless appearance, Rockfon Mono Acoustic will help control reverberation and background noise, creating a more comfortable environment for guests while complementing the contemporary interior design.

This week, we are delighted to celebrate an incredible milestone for Charlotte Wheatley, who marks 10 years with the Pacy & Wheatley Group.

Charlotte joined the business in 2016 as an Apprentice Administrator and, through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to personal development, progressed into the role of Quantity Surveyor before becoming our Commercial Manager.

Her journey is a fantastic example of the opportunities available within the business and the value of investing in people. Charlotte has played an important role in the continued success of the Group, and we are incredibly grateful for her contributions over the last decade.
