Happy 2026 folks.
My son, (Rapha, 15) is looking for a Saturday or Sunday job, preferably paid at around 8 to 10 quid an hour each week to get himself back into the idea of having money and not sponging from mum and dad anymore. Also he needs to physio himself after a long recovery from osteomyelitis, poor kiddo. Full or half day ideal. Anybody with anything going, just shout. He's got all access and skills to use my gardening kit, bar the chainsaw😳, so local to me would be ideal. He can do farm, or garden, painting, or DIY, or anything considered. Pretty good at front of house too. He's pretty savvy, very well mannered and courteous, and a grafter like i never was at 15. Let me know or spread the word, be much appreciated.

Just a quick heads up to those awaiting my services. My lower back has flared up something rotten, and I'm struggling a bit, so ride on servicing, and most floor based work is off the cards for a few weeks whilst I recover I reckon.

So Climate report is out. Global humid-heat days are up, which for those who don't know lead to absolutely awful animal and human outcomes, in many ways. So instead of everyone whining about small boats/ migrants/ potholes and money issues, how about we try and get anyone to stop pulling oil or fossil fuels out the ground, and fund some properly urgent renewables. Remember "DAY AFTER TOMORROW" and "2012". Well buckle up for mass migration and World change....

So after a much needed getaway, I've spent 2 days recovering, and doing laundry unpacking etc.
I am starting on the first of 4 machines I have in today, hopefully get through them by end of tomorrow. Any bookings made this coming week will be looked at and parts ordered, but be aware the turnaround will be slower, as my son has a birthday this weekend, I have to go and collect a replay emt car from Derby, and help a friend move house.... This week.... Oh and mow my 2 contract sites. Oh and sleep.
Don't expect too much regarding a mower repair.... 🤣🤣🤣🤣😴😴😴😴😴😴😴
